Every culture hostile to Christianity holds to a set of "common sense" beliefs that automatically make Christianity seem implausible to people. These are what philosophers call "defeater beliefs." Keller explains how to deconstruct non-Christian beliefs that must be overcome before an unbeliever will accept core beliefs of the Christian faith.
